MyOnlineSpanish.Com is an online platform that connects people that want to learn Spanish with amazing Spanish speaking tutors from Peru, Mexico and Spain.


In what language will the classes be?

The classes are held in English and Spanish depending on your level of Spanish. All of our tutors are bilingual (Spanish/English).


What type of computer and software will I require?

You can take the lessons from your phone, tablet or computer (preferably with a camera), as long as you have a strong internet connection and a Skype account you're good to go! (contact us if you have any further questions)


What can I do if I don't have a Skype account?

Can I attend my lesson from work, an internet cafe or a hotel room?

Yes you can attend your lessons from anywhere that has internet connection. However, you do need make sure you can focus and that there are no loud noises around you in order to take full advantage of your class.


How do I pay for my language lessons?

The payments are through PayPal.


What happens if I want to cancel a purchase?

If you are not happy with the lessons we will refund your money within 30 days of your initial purchase.


How much time do I have to use my credit?

We understand that sometimes we just can make the time to learn a language. If you need to take a break, your credit will be frozen for one year after your purchase.

In case you know you wont be able to use the credit again, you can transfer your credit to someone you know.
